At Sojourn Retreats, we specialize in leading transformational weekend retreats for women. Our weekends give you the information, tools and space to dream big about how you really want your life to be, about what will truly make you happy. We then help you take steps toward making that a reality. Our weekend activities support you in this: we create a fun, safe, and respectful environment, add in daily hatha yoga classes; Yoga Nidra deep relaxation; creative projects; time to listen to other women share their stories and wisdom; time for you to share your insights (if you wish); journaling; free time to do whatever you would like (read, chat, nap, knit, hike); good food; good companionship; and a beautiful locale. We believe that you will leave the retreat feeling re-energized, jazzed about your life, and ready to take your next steps!

What You Can Look Forward To During our Retreats:

Self-Discovery Workshops
We offer various workshops to help you live life to its fullest – whatever that is for you. Do you feel like you are treading water, just trying to keep up? Or like your dreams have been put on a shelf for another day? Have you ever told yourself that you could not do something? If you want to move forward either personally or professionally, but feel stuck or uncertain, our workshops are for you. If you already have a vision and just need a little support, a good action plan, and a little nudge, that’s why we’re here.

Body, Emotions, Mind & Spirit
We offer a variety of activities to soothe, energize, and nourish your body/emotions/mind/spirit. Choose from hatha yoga, qigong, nature hikes, deep relaxation (yoga nidra), and more. We even offer a class designed to help you have better posture! These activities are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Free Time
You can consider the entire weekend free time, as it is 100% your time for yourself! Sleep in. Hike over seven acres on the retreat property. Come to a workshop here and there. Talk with other marvelous women from all over the world. Journal. Write. Get a massage. Eat some yummy food. Paint. Dance. Explore the Blanco River. Laugh. A lot! We’ll have two full days together for you to create the most perfect retreat experience for you.

Massage Therapy
An experienced massage therapist will be on site to offer treatments that promote inner balance and deep relaxation on all levels. Massage reveals old patterns stored in cellular tissue and unlocks inner resources that are then available to us for healing and growth. It has also been shown to speed recovery from workouts and flush toxins and waste from the body. It is a great compliment to all of the other Sojourn activities. An additional fee applies for this service.

Food!
What retreat would be complete without great food? Our joy-filled chef Marissa will prepare healthy, wholesome, delicious meals for us.

Value
Save $50 or more by registering early and by bringing a friend! The retreat is $375 if paid by 5/31/08. This covers your full weekend, which includes meals, accomodations, handouts, and all activities. If paid 6/1/08 or after, the cost is $425. Bring a friend and receive a 10% discount off of your admission!
