I have the most AMAZING story. I'm all moved into my new life. My dreams have been revealed. One of the greatest gifts of the Sojourn Retreat is discovering the inner voice we all have but most of us seldom hear. My personal journey within started before the Sojourn Retreat, however, when I heard about the retreat I knew I was supposed to attend and there would be much revealed that weekend. In fact, many of the dreams revealed the weekend of the retreat were a surprise to me. Since I practice yoga daily and have more quiet time than most people are comfortable with, I thought I had most of the questions in my head already answered. Something pretty miraculous happened when I let myself get away without the “noise” of daily life. I met women I would never have crossed paths with and we all discovered our dreams together. The powerful visualizations of dreaming about “what ifs” combined with the “What Is” box is almost too mysterious to describe. Ellen and Sherry have created an atmosphere that is nurturing and at the same time challenging. Activities include hiking, yoga, visualizations, writing life goals, education, relaxation, the BEST and most nutritious food. The weekend will be life changing for anyone blessed by attending. Surprise and serendipity are nestled in the hills of Texas . The retreat was magical. It felt like time stood still. It felt like it lasted 10 minutes.
